✅ The item is returned in the original packaging.
✅ The item is not a final sale item (clearance or custom-made items are non-refundable).

- Receive Approval – Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Ship the Item – Send the item back to the address provided. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Exchanges
